How much do you charge? Translations for documents are based on complexity and volume so therefore require a quote to ensure the best possible pricing for you, our client. Audio files are charged between $1.00 to $1.50 per minute depending on complexity. For example a 40 minute audio file would range between $40-$60.
Do you offer any discounts? We offer discounts for Not-For-Profit and Government agencies with proper proof of status.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express via PayPal. We also accept checks must payable to Langworld Inc. All written correspondence must be sent to 8037 Buttonwood Circle Tamarac, Fl. 33321.
How long will it take? Audio files under 60 minutes, with good quality audio, and documents under 5 pages are typically delivered within two-three business days, often much faster. For longer documents and longer recordings (and those with poor audio quality) may take longer. It is best to contact us for a turnaround time estimate.
Do you have transcriptionists in specialized areas such as legal and medical? We use professional native translators from around the world who are trained linguists specializing in different and diverse areas as it pertains to, Law Enforcement, Military, Medical, Legal, Marketing, Governmental, Not For Profit, Corporate, etc. If you have special requests as to the background of the transcriptionists, just write this in the additional details section when you request your quote and our support team will direct your project to the appropriate agents.
